Here's a new and unique site I stumbled across recently. It's called Watauga Creek LLC of Franklin, North Carolina. "But, what are they all about?", you ask. Ah, I was just getting to that part. They are manufacturers of custom made western style leather upholstered furniture. "That's not so unique!", you say. No, not by itself, but you have to see what they do to make the furniture accessible to you, the consumer. You see, they don't have a retail store (yet). But, they manufacture and ship a fair amount of recliners, sofas, chippendale chairs, etc. all year long. The secret is that their furniture is built to be broken down for shipping. Saves a tremendous amount in cost because most of their pieces can be sent via UPS. When you get your furniture, you follow a few simple instructions to assemble it, and voila it's in place beautifying your home.

As a web site, Watauga Creek is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. Frames? Oh yes, but they're not the annoying kind with windows and scroll bars everywhere. In fact, at first view you don't know you are at a frames site until you click on a link. The site was just recently overhauled, so there are a few bugs to work out yet like a broken image or two. They're certain to quickly get those worked out. The graphics are highly professional, and all the images are quick loading and professional looking as well.

Watauga Creek has a solid product line such as these chippendale and buckskin chair designs. Their web site is inviting and straight to the point without a bunch of glitz, animation, and extra baggage. Their product sells itself - which is what a product line should do.
